It is ideal for processing aluminum as it does not generate hazardous or explosive dust. It consists of specially developed tungsten carbide cutting inserts fixed to the High-Speed Disc. This is a special disc for processing aluminum alloys and uses an angle grinder. It is also suitable for peripheral milling and milling out root welds. This disc has primarily been designed for aluminum, wrought aluminum alloys and cast aluminum grinding, however Non-ferrous metals with relatively low strength and fiber-reinforced plastics can also be machined.
